The warehouse manager made a bet with me that your service techs would not return the next day as I had been told to collect the left over boxes for disposal. I felt so comfortable with the professionalism and customer service attitude that I had received from your techs that I took and won that bet! Your son was back the next afternoon and did just what was promised. The amount of product that we had to be disposed of and your techs took this project on and managed it in a timely and organized fashion. What a nice experience! Unfortunately, this type of service is the exception now!
